Marian Joh co-founded Andrews Space with Jason Andrews in 1999, bringing years of finance and aerospace expertise to the table. Most recently, she served as president of the company’s spacecraft systems group. Today Marian’s focused on corporate development with an emphasis on creating an empowering and collaborative workplace for the team to deliver its world-class products and services.
Prior to Spaceflight Industries, Marian was vice president at Scheinrock Advisory Group working with clients to develop business and strategic initiatives. Her finance and strategic planning capabilities have made her a key player in coordinating due diligence for various investor groups as well as in selecting investment bankers, insurance advisors and attorneys for a range of companies including Kistler Aerospace Corporation, Ball Semiconductor, and Lockheed Martin VentureStar. Before joining Scheinrock, Marian was the senior financial analyst for Kistler Aerospace Corporation where she negotiated contracts in excess of $500 million and developed a business plan which allowed the company to successfully raise approximately $300 million in private investment.
In between her busy family and work life, Marian is an avid tennis player, squeezing in as many matches as possible.
